This hotel boasts a lovely location by the Valdivia river, making it a peaceful spot to unwind. The rooms are quite comfortable with beautiful views from the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes for a nice experience overall. However, dining could use some improvement as the breakfast options were on the lighter side, and while amenities were adequate, they didn't quite reach luxurious standards. Overall, it’s a great option for relaxing, with good value for money, but there are a few areas to enhance.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel which boasts a fantastic location right by the river in a peaceful area. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, making my stay quite enjoyable.
